Shipping Policy

We ship PAN India.

All our candles are handcrafted and poured fresh for every order. Orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days from the date of purchase depending on the quantity ordered.
Express orders are processed and shipped on priority within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

  • Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Tier 3 Cities & North Eastern India: Up to 10 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
  • Festivals, public holidays, or curfews
  • Operational or logistical issues at the courier partner’s end

All orders are packed, sealed, and shipped directly from the Melted Stories studio. Each candle is carefully wrapped and placed in an eco-friendly, sturdy corrugated box to ensure safe transit. We take extra care in packaging fragile candle jars and always pack your order with love.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An Order Confirmation Email
  2. A Dispatch Email with your order details, shipping address, and tracking number

Kindly check your spam/junk folders if you do not see our emails.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate while placing the order, as we will not be able to modify details once the order is confirmed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, as courier partners do not refund used postage.

Surface Shipping Charges

  • For orders below ₹1,299 – Flat shipping fee of ₹120
  • For orders between ₹1,299 to ₹4,999 – Free Shipping
  • For orders between ₹4,999 to ₹8,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹250
  • For orders between ₹8,001 to ₹12,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹600
  • For orders between ₹12,001 to ₹15,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹800
  • For orders between ₹15,001 to ₹20,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹1,000

Express Shipping Charges

  • Below 999 gm – Flat shipping fee of ₹150
  • 1000 gm to 1999 gm – ₹250
  • 2000 gm to 2999 gm – ₹350
  • 3000 gm to 3999 gm – ₹500
  • 4000 gm to 4999 gm – ₹800
  • 5000 gm to 9999 gm – ₹1,200
  • 10000 gm to 15000 gm – ₹1,600

Orders above 15 kg are not eligible for express shipping.
